This traditional cottage can be described as a little gem nestled in the beautiful South Tipperary countryside. The property is located close to The Commons and Ballingarry and also within easy commute to Tullaroan and Kilkenny city. The cottage itself is in need of total renovation but sits on the most beautiful, elevated site with stunning views of the surrounding area. It is rare to find such an extraordinary site with a residence already in situ. The house is constructed using traditional stone methods and consists of four rooms. There is a central living room and three bedrooms. To the rear of the house is a small stone outbuilding with the roof collapsed.
